Job Title & Description:
Civil Site Designer

• Designer needed for subdivision and site plan design with at least 5-years of experience using Civil 3D with a background in Civil or Survey.  A great opportunity in a good work environment for a highly motivated, self-disciplined individual.  The Designer will work in project teams and provide proficient Civil 3D, MS Office and analytical skills in the design of plans for drainage, grading, water, sewer, storm drain, street improvements, site planning, platting and survey related tasks for residential and commercial land development projects.

Job Location:

• Raleigh, North Carolina

Minimum Experience:

• 5 Years

Minimum Education (preferred): 
Associates Degree in:

• Civil Engineering
• Survey
• Design and Drafting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• AutoCAD Civil 3D with experience in the creation of:
  • Subdivision Layout using Parcels
  • Plan ​preparation with Sheet Sets
  • ​​Pipe Networks
  • Profiles and Corridors
  • Grading, Feature Lines and Surfaces
  • Earthwork Volumes
• Microsoft Office products

Job requires:

• Understanding of plan preparation to assist all levels of permitting efforts for Civil Site Design
• Excellent communications skills
• Passion for detailed work
